Frequently Asked Questions
Deposit & Payment Information
A non-refundable 50% deposit by credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. Final payment can be made the day of your party or online via the guest portal. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out to your Event Coordinator via the guest portal or at events@pinzbowl.com. Cancellations within 7 business days of your party are non-refundable. Refunds are issued as a PINZ gift card or account credit toward a future party.
Cake & Decorations
You are welcome to bring themed paper goods, tablecloths, balloons, candles, a lighter, and a cake or cupcakes. A cake cutter will be provided—please do not bring a knife. Ice cream and ice cream cake are also allowed; just let your server know when you are ready and they will grab it from the freezer. Outside food and beverages beyond cake are not permitted due to health code regulations. For safety, confetti, glitter, hanging decorations, and pinatas are not allowed.
Included Food & Allergies
All party packages include cheese pizza and french fries (2 slices per guest and 1 basket of fries for every 6 guests). We do not use peanut or tree nut products in our kitchen, however our pizza dough and fries are produced in facilities that may process nut products. Our pizza dough is egg-free and a gluten-free crust is available for an additional charge. Please note that french fries are cooked alongside non-gluten-free items.
Additional Food
Additional food can be ordered in advance through your Event Coordinator or on the day of your party through your server. Special banquet items require 36 hours advance notice. All regular menu items are available to order the day of your event.
Party Add-Ons
Party add-ons must be purchased in advance and can be added when booking online.
- Arcade Card Upgrades: Cards are available in additional increments of $5, $10, $15, and $20.
- Laser Tag: $10 per person. Enjoy 1 hour of unlimited laser tag reserved exclusively for your group. Each game is 5 minutes and accommodates 2 to 8 players.
- Goodie Bags: $5 each. Includes a $10 arcade play card, $5 worth of assorted prizes, and a pack of crayons.
- Signable Bowling Pin: $20 + tax
