ENTRY PERIOD
The Pinz Entertainment VIB Birthday Party Giveaway ("Contest") begins Monday, July 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Pinz Entertainment, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, visit the official Pinz Entertainment Facebook page (facebook.com/PinzEntertainment) or Instagram account (@pinzmilford), follow the page/account, and leave a comment on the designated giveaway post tagging two (2) friends by their social media username. One (1) entry per person per platform. Maximum of two (2) entries per person (one per platform). Comments that do not tag two (2) friends will be disqualified. Sharing the post to your Instagram or Facebook Story is optional and does not constitute an additional entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) V.I.B. Birthday Party package at Pinz Entertainment, including exclusive use of the private suite, four (4) dedicated bowling lanes, shoe rentals for all guests, one (1) $20 arcade card per guest, and pizza and fries for up to twenty-five (25) guests. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400.00. The birthday party must be scheduled and used within ninety (90) days of winner notification, subject to availability at Pinz Entertainment's sole discretion. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Pinz Entertainment. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomized digital comment picker tool on or about Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The winner will be announced publicly on the Pinz Entertainment Facebook and Instagram pages on or about Thursday, July 16, 2026. The potential winner will also be contacted via direct message or comment reply on the platform through which their winning entry was submitted. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within five (5) business days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Pinz Entertainment's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Pinz Entertainment, which are final and binding. Pinz Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Pinz Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time should fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Pinz Entertainment's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Pinz Entertainment will select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Pinz Entertainment permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing materials without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from participation in this Contest.
